I focus on root causes and solutions rather than a diagnosis,
guide you toward resolution, and empower you to make your own choices regarding what you feel is needed.
All sessions are offered via video on a HIPAA-Compliant platform or by phone. Another option for sessions are outdoor walking sessions, which I conduct on Riverside Trails. If you are interested in this option, please call for further details pertaining to confidentiality, etc.
